Melanie is a candidate civil-law notary and specialized in corporate law in a broad sense.

Melanie focuses in particular on the Health Care sector. She assists health care organizations with collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, the organisation of the governance and the implementation of sectoral legislation and regulations, and advises on issues relating to good management and supervision. Melanie is part of Team Health Care & Life Science

Background

Melanie graduated in 2017 in Notarial Law and Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam. After her study she started at Ploum as a candidate civil-law notary. During her study Melanie gained work experience at, among others, FBN Juristen, Hogan Lovells and Schaap Advocaten Notarissen. In 2021 Melanie completed the Notarial Vocational Course. Since then, she is a substitute of our civil-law notary Stan Commissaris.
