Kylian works as a junior associate at the Corporate/M&A department at Ploum, where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and various corporate matters.
Kylian graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he obtained his master’s degree in Corporate Law. During his studies he volunteered at a legal advice centre and was an intern at several big Dutch law firms. He wrote his thesis on the desirability of regulating multiple voting rights for Dutch public companies.
