Eva works as a candidate civil-law notary at Ploum and specializes in corporate law. She advises and assists both national and international clients on corporate law matters involving mergers and acquisitions, setting up corporate structures and restructuring.
Eva graduated from Leiden University with a Master’s degree in Notarial Law. She has been working as a candidate civil-law notary since 2014, gaining experience in both real estate and corporate law. In 2021, Eva successfully completed the specialization course in Company and Corporate Law at the Grotius Academy.
