Our lawyers and civil-law notaries are specialised in matters relating to construction law and real estate, and we are able advise and assist you with various legal matters within these sectors. We can advise you on any property-related project, and will be able to identify the various legal points of attention for you. Our sole aim in this respect is to find a feasible solution for your organisation – efficiently and with an eye to the costs.
Our clients include (institutional) investors in the Netherlands and abroad, real estate managers, property developers, lessors and lessees of business premises, harbour-related companies, franchise associations, energy and oil companies, cable and pipeline managers, government authorities and construction companies.
Our Construction Law and Real Estate Team comprises legal experts in the areas of (amongst others) lease, environmental law and notarial law. The team regularly holds meetings to discuss relevant developments on the real estate market and in case law, and we subsequently make use of each other’s expertise. For example, we cooperate closely when carrying out a due diligence research regarding real estate that is purchased or sold and the subsequent negotiations of the transaction, or during discussions on administrative law measures to be taken on any defects identified in leased premises.
