Specialisation

Laura is specialised in trade, transport and customs law. She mainly advises clients on commercial law contracts and liability issues in commercial law disputes. She also advises clients on customs law issues, such as the origin and classification of goods.

Background

Laura completed the Master’s in Liability & Insurance in 2020. She wrote her thesis on the effects and the enforceability of the leading underwriter clause in co-insurance. During her studies, Laura gained experience in both the legal sector and the insurance sector through various internships. In addition, during her premaster and master’s degree, Laura worked as a paralegal, developing a model database of logistics and commercial contracts, as well as conditions customary in international trade and logistics.
